Early Career Workshops

Workshops for young researchers are scheduled for 1 - 2 pm Tuesday to Thursday, with speakers from outside the academic world explaining their background and ready to answer your questions.

• Tuesday 2 July: Jeronimo Bernard-Salas (ACRI-ST - jeronimo.bernard-salas@acri-st.fr), François Civet (VR2Planets - fcivet@vr2planets.com) and Ludivine Harel (Sopra Steria - ludivine.harel44@gmail.com)
• Wednesday - open discussion/exchange about careers between early career researchers
  
• Thursday 4 July: Anthony Guimpier (Planétarium de Nantes), Maï Bordiec (Navail Groupe Nantes) et Luca Montabone (Paneureka)

Grants for students and postdocs are available and applications must be submitted under the "Nouveau dépôt" tab.

You must submit your abstract as well as a cover letter of less than one page explaining why you need the grant, how your attendance at the conference would benefit you, what sources of funding you have already acquired and how much you are asking for (200 € is the maximum per application).

Please note that expenses will be reimbursed after the conference ONLY with proof of travel or accommodation costs.
