Author Guidelines

Abstracts should be submitted in plain text using the online form "New Submission", please keep the abstract to around 500 words. We have left additional space so that citations can be included if desired.

We cannot accept additional artwork with the abstract. Please note that you will be asked to specify the contributing authors and their affiliations in the second step, so no need to specify them in the main body.

Please specify if a poster or oral presentation is desired, the choice of presentation type may be changed by the scientific committee once the programme is defined.

Presentations and associated abstracts can be prepared in English or French.

Poster Presentations - should be prepared in A0 PORTRAIT format. The posters will be displayed for the whole conference (the presentations are Wednesday and Thursday evenings).

Oral Presentations - powerpoint or pdf 16:9 format, you will have 15min in total to present (10min talk followed by 5min questions).
