General Information

The conference starts at 2pm on Monday July 1 and ends at 12pm on Friday July 5, 2024.

Sessions will be held in amplitheatre D on the Faculté des Sciences campus at Nantes Université (See page "how to get here"). The halls are available for poster sessions and breaks.

Coffee breaks and snacks are provided during the morning and afternoon sessions.

Lunches from Tuesday to Thursday inclusive will be served buffet-style and are included in your registration fee. Please let us know if you have any dietary preferences or restrictions.

You should book your own accommodation.

Key dates:

  • 17th May 7th may - (midnight) abstract submission and Early Career grants deadline
  • 3rd June publication of the conference programme and decision on the Early Career grants
  • 21st June Registration closes
  • 1st-5th July Conference

Please bring your lanyards from previous conferences (EGU, AGU, etc.) to hang your namebadge. 

!!!Important information!!!

Line 2 of the tramway will be closed this summer. To get to the Faculty of Science from the city center, you'll have to use the replacement bus service.

The temporary bus stops are located (to get from Downtown -> Faculté des sciences (Morhonnière stop)):

- Hôtel Dieu: at the temporary stop in front of the CHU building
- Commerce: at the line C2 stop (towards Le Cardo), on the Cours des 50 Otages
- Place du Cirque: at the C2 bus stop (towards Le Cardo), on cours des 50 Otages
- 50 Otages: at the C2 bus stop (towards Le Cardo), on cours des 50 Otages
- St Mihiel: at the Bonde stop on line C6 (towards Chantrerie)
- Motte Rouge: at the stop on boulevard Amiral Courbet
- St Félix: at the stop on the sidewalk opposite the station
- Michelet: at the temporary stop behind the station in front of the Fac de Sciences.

and you can walk to the faculty from downtown in about 40 min.
